From the classic design on the box (pizza box art IS art, I don't care!) that evokes memories of pizza parlours past to the literally picture-perfect pie inside (just look at the symmetrical topping placement!), it's obvious that the owners & employees at Al's care about the product they offer. Al's is "that" place: you know, the one you hear about if you're an out-of-towner; the "Mom & Pop"-shop that you boast about to any family/friends who have the misfortune of not living close to. Super-friendly staff, perfectly-seasoned sauce, mild yet flavourful pepperoni, generous (and delicious) cheese distribution that puts the chains to shame and light, fresh dough; this is my family's go-to pizza place and should be yours as well. It's always cooked golden-brown and delivered quickly & free of charge(!). Supporting local is always good; when the pizza is on THIS level, it's a downright no-brainer.
